On March 1st, the final of the 2025 Corporate Culture Knowledge Competition of Qingdao Hicorp Group was held in the multifunctional hall of the group headquarters. This competition is divided into two stages: the preliminary round and the final round. The team must answer section, where each team randomly selects a topic, and contestants use their memorization to accurately answer, demonstrating their solid foundation; In the team quiz section, the contestants were full of energy, calm and confident, quick to react, agile in thinking, and actively answered the questions; The subjective question discussion section is the most challenging, with the main players from each representative team competing on the same stage, improvising and fiercely competing, taking the atmosphere of the scene to a new height. The judges score based on the depth, logic, and practical application of the answers.
After more than an hour of competition, the Smart Victory Vanguard team from Saite Global took the lead and won the championship; The future vanguard of Global Heavy Industries won the second prize, and the intelligent team leader won the third prize.
Chen Xiuyan, Vice General Manager of the Group, gave a concluding speech, fully affirming the outstanding performance of each participating team and sharing her own understanding of corporate culture with case studies.
